With the
growing professionalism within industry and the challenges of cultural
transformation facing Church, country and world, it is recognized that the
level of pastoral planning, strategizing and use of resources must be
elevated. It is out of this recognition that the Living Water Community has
established the
Institute of
Pastoral Leadership.
The Aim and
Objective of the Institute is to provide on-going formation for Catholic
Lay Leaders in the essentials of Pastoral Ministry and Leadership Practices.
The Faculty
comprises recognized professionals in the various disciplines offered and
includes:
